I have over two decades of corporate experience having worked in both US and India for at least a decade each. I earned my Bachelor’s from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University and an MBA from the US. I’m often complimented on my depth of understanding people behaviour and my highly analytical mind.
As a Performance Elevation Coach, I work with corporate professionals to elevate their performance at the workplace. In addition to helping a ~1000 individuals through one-on-one coaching, I've served ~3000 people through my courses and masterclasses. I’ve also had the opportunity to speak in different forums like GE Healthcare, American College of Healthcare Executives, CWW Group in California, Starlink in Qatar, and IIM, ISB and PMI in India.
I work with corporate professionals across 15 countries - US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Poland, Australia, South Africa, Morocco, Dubai, Qatar, Singapore, Malaysia, and of course India, so they can be seen, heard, and valued at the workplace.
