One Week Coaching Engagement

A 60 min one on one coaching session followed by one week of daily email support

One Week Coaching Engagement

A one week coaching engagement starts with a 60 min one on one coaching conversation followed by daily email interaction for a week wherein I hold you accountable, ensure that the discussed solution is implemented, and offer my insights on your implementation so that it shows desired results.

This engagement is especially useful if you need support for any of these ‡️

πŸ“Œ A critical career decision since I can help you figure out the career path that's right for you,

πŸ“Œ Building an impactful rΓ©sumΓ© that has recruiters reaching out to you,

πŸ“Œ Interview preparation since I can help you with refining your answers,

πŸ“Œ Salary negotiation as I can give you step-by-step guidance on how to navigate negotiation discussions,

πŸ“Œ Performance reviews and appraisals as I can assist you in the process you need to follow to get the increment or promotion you desire,

πŸ“Œ Workplace conflict as I can assist you in tackling difficult situations with peers or management, or

πŸ“Œ Any other workplace issue unique to you since the engagement is designed entirely based on what *you* would like to work on, and is customised to each person's requirements

You will also be given activities to help you address the issue that you've reached out for. These would need to be done over a week, and would take you 20 min a day.
(You can do them at any time of the day but schedule this coaching engagement only if you are committed to putting in this daily effort for a week)

Post that, a future coaching programme is mutually decided, if needed. (Everyone's requirement is different so based on that a plan is built, as needed)

My pricing for those based outside India is not an exact currency conversion of the price that's charged to those in India because it is based on Purchasing Power Parity and not Currency Conversion Rate. Most multinational brands price their products based on this.

That's why, when you buy a packet of Maggi noodles (or anything else for that matter) outside India, it is not an exact currency conversion of the INR amount that it's sold for in India but rather adjusted to purchasing power parity.

For eg. a can of coke costs about β‚Ή50 in India and about $2 in the US. This is different from currency conversion because β‚Ή50 is much lesser than a dollar. So the purchasing power parity right now between INR and USD is about β‚Ή25 which means that the value of β‚Ή25 is about the same as value of $1 in terms of what you can buy from it. And that's how this course is priced as well.

In the first interaction itself, Karishma hit the right areas where I needed help most. Through the conversations and exercises, Karishma helped me become a well rounded person. As I made adjustments to my approach based on Karishma’s coaching, my professional network started to appreciate my work and interactions with them.
