This is a self-paced course with 3 lessons. The first lesson is a 35 min pre-recorded masterclass, the second lesson is a 2hrs 10 min pre-recorded masterclass, and the third lesson is an 80 min session. 3. Is Acing The Appraisal suitable for entry-level professionals or senior professionals?
It gives me great pride to share that the strategies and processes I share in Acing The Appraisal cater to professionals at all career levels! It doesn't matter if you have 2 years of work experience or 20, what I teach here applies to any and all corporate professionals!
4. How much time will I have to dedicate?
The total content spans ~4 hours but I do not recommend binge watching it. Instead, it's best consumed over 2 weeks by putting in ~20 min a day. This will allow you to internalise and do the activities suggested therein. It will also improve your efficacy in implementing what you learn.
5. Is there personalised support with the course?
No, this is a self-paced course with no personalised support from me. However, I have covered every aspect of what you may face during the performance review process. 9. Why is the price of the course for those based outside India not an exact currency conversion of INR to USD?
My pricing is based on Purchasing Power Parity and not Currency Conversion Rate. Most multinational brands price their products based on this.
That's why, when you buy a packet of Maggi noodles (or anything else for that matter) outside India, it is not an exact currency conversion of the INR amount that it's sold for in India but rather adjusted to purchasing power parity.
For eg. a can of coke costs about βΉ50 in India and about $2 in the US. This is different from currency conversion because βΉ50 is much lesser than a dollar. So the purchasing power parity right now between INR and USD is about βΉ25 which means that the value of βΉ25 is about the same as value of $1 in terms of what you can buy from it.
And that's how this course is priced as well.
