1. How is Eight Elevate delivered?
This is a self-paced course with a mix of pre-recorded masterclasses and trainings with mock interviews, scripts, and emails. You will also get a plug-and-play template with step by step instructions on how to design your own CV in Canva (free account).

2. How long do I have access to the course material?
Lifetime access!

3. Is Eight Elevate suitable for entry-level professionals or senior professionals?
I'm super excited to share that Eight Elevate caters to professionals at all career levels! It doesn't matter if you have 2 years of work experience or 20, what I teach here applies to any and all corporate professionals! In the various masterclasses inside Eight Elevate, I do give tips that may work better for entry level professionals as opposed to senior professionals, and vice versa.

4. How much time will I need to dedicate?
I recommend investing 18 minutes a day for 18 days or simply put, ~20 min for the next ~3 weeks to go through all the content at a sustainable pace. This will also allow you to internalise and practice all that you learn.

5. Is there personalised support with the course?
No, this is a self-paced course with no personalised support from me. However, I have covered every aspect of what you may face during the interview process. This course is everything I do with my 1:1 clients bundled up in self-paced, easy to follow modules that you have lifetime access to.

6. But do I need a full course if I have just one specific issue that I face during interviews?
Most times whatever issue we face is a symptom of a bigger problem... and has to be addressed from its root for a lasting impact.

For eg. a lot of people aren't able to showcase their value during an interview, and feel that even if they get the job, they aren't able to command the salary they deserve. At the outset, this may seem like an "I'm an introvert" situation or "I get nervous" problem or even "I don't like to boast or brag" issue... but what if I told you that this is just a symptom, and has nothing to do with being introverted or nervous or modest!

It has everything to do with not being attuned with *your signature strengths* (and being hardworking or passionate aren't signature strengths)!

In the course, I have two modules dedicated to you figuring out your signature strengths so that you can showcase your work with confidence! If I had to cover all this in a one on one setting, it would take at least 4 coaching sessions.

7. Why is the price of the course for those based outside India not an exact currency conversion of INR to USD?
My pricing is based on Purchasing Power Parity and not Currency Conversion Rate. Most multinational brands price their products based on this. That's why, when you buy a packet of Maggi noodles (or anything else for that matter) outside India, it is not an exact currency conversion of the INR amount that it's sold for in India but rather adjusted to purchasing power parity.

For eg. a can of coke costs about ₹50 in India and about $2 in the US. This is different from currency conversion because ₹50 is much lesser than a dollar. So the purchasing power parity right now between INR and USD is about ₹25 which means that the value of ₹25 is about the same as value of $1 in terms of what you can buy from it. And that's how this course is priced as well.

Questions regarding pricing

1. How come a course with 8 masterclasses is priced at ₹4888 | $198 when a single masterclass of mine usually costs half of that?! Does it mean that this course has only surface level information?

Quite the contrary! Eight Elevate covers *any and every question* that you can be asked in an interview… and teaches you the complete strategy to navigate the toughest of interviews with finesse… and land an impact! The 8 masterclasses, bonus trainings, CV template, email templates and mock interviews cover it all.  

The reason I've priced it so low is because I know that many people wanting to go through this course may be without a job, and I didn’t want money to be a deterrent for them to enrol in the course.  

The course will require you to do the work needed to change your interview strategy to one that not only lands an impact but results in you getting multiple job offers… So yes, you’ll have to work hard but if you have commitment and work ethic then money shouldn’t be the one thing stopping you from landing the job you desire! 

Eight Elevate at ₹4888 | $198 is a massive value for money... My 1:1 clients have paid anywhere from ₹15K - ₹50K just to learn certain aspects of what I teach in this course, while others have paid upwards of a lakh over a 6-12 week coaching engagement to learn *everything* that I teach in this course!

2. If that's how much it costs 1:1 clients so then how come the entire strategy is priced at literally one-hundredth the price?!  

Well, the difference is that of getting a textbook and learning in a self-paced fashion as opposed to getting a private tutor and getting taught every chapter individually. The textbook isn’t any less informative but the private tutor costs more.

And it’s the same thing here… There is no 1:1 support from me but you can learn *everything* you need to not just face but ace interviews. I have poured all my knowledge on excelling at interviews into this course.
